I've tried various ways, but still can not connect, the status of computers in the NAC-3000 unpluged, but on the computer is connected.
why can not connect to accses manager, even though I've tried the LAN cable connection, either cross or staright?

Make sure that Device Ip is getting pingged from your pc.. you can check out with Cross cable as well.. make firewall off. still problem persist then do email on support@bioenabletech.com with your purchase details to get further solution
