What is Time Card Report?
Time card report displays Date, shift, login, logout, early, work hours, extra work hrs. of a given employee for a given date range. Here you can get an exact idea of an employee’s attendance like how frequently an employee is absent or availed leave. Using this report as a proof you can send respective warning/information to an employee.
To view Time Card Report
• Select Time Card menu from Reports menu.
• Select Company from Company Combo Box.
• Select Employee from Employee Code Combo box.
• Select /Enter the date from you have to view report.
• Select /Enter the date up to which you have to view report.
• Enter Remark if any.
This is useful for giving warnings/information about absentee/Leave application for particular employee.
Click Show button to view report.
Click Exit button to Exit.
